「山の上の家」と呼ばれた鎌倉にある旧小林秀雄邸でのインスタレーション。
この家の庭先からは遠くに相模湾を望むことができる。
両側が丘になっている為に海を広く見渡すことは出来ないが、小林秀雄氏はむしろこのような海の見え方を好んだと言う。
この場所から望む相模湾の波の光を邸宅内に持ち込むことで、この場所とあの海を繋ぎたいと思った
Installation of the old Hideo Kobayashi house in Kamakura, which was called the mountain of the house.
From this house of the garden can be overlooking the Sagami Bay in the distance.
Although it is not possible to overlook the wide sea to both sides is in the hill, Mr. Hideo Kobayashi rather that he favored such a fragmentary appearance of the sea.
I wanted to connect this place with that sea by bringing the light of the waves of Sagami Bay seen from this place into the mansion.
